HOW TO ORDER
1. Register the account with POPPETCHARM.

2. After registration, we need to activate the account with the email address that we had entered. Then, we can log in using the user name and password.

3. Select the item that we want to purchase. Then click "Add to Cart" button to add the item to your Shopping Cart.

4. At any time, you will be able to click on "Show Cart" button on the right-hand side of each page to view your Shopping Cart or edit/remove the quantity on any item if needed, and once you are ready to complete your order, click on the "Checkout" button.

DELIVERY METHOD

Poppet Charm currently provided delivery within Malaysia ONLY. They deliver to homes and offices but not P.O. Box address. No international delivery or postage will be made.
Poppet Charm is using Pos Laju Malaysia courier service to delivery customer items. Customers can track the package by visiting POSLAJU Tracking System and entering the tracking number into the space provided.
